There are Dr.s that will bleach the area - do not do it by yourself! The reasons why is cell pigment and she just has a little more than most in that area. Genes, luck of the draw, etc.

There are ways to make this part of the body whiter, although i suspect they are a little painful! Bleaching became fashionable in recent years, and is practised by many a porn star.

Having it dark can be caused by sweating because you have pores all over your body and that can cause it. She could see a doctor about it and see what he says. He/she could know more about it than anything.

i think there are some new techniques of bleaching, as well as for the anal area but i wouldnt suggest it
