How to get limewire songs to itunes library?

I have limewire and my itunes shows a limewire folder but I have no idea how to get them to sync iykwim

I get all my music from Limewire and import it to iTunes- it's easy. In iTunes, click on File then Add Folder to Library and search for the folder all of your Limewire music is in and click OK.
Sometimes a window will pop up and tell you that there are some files not formatted for iTunes and do you want iTunes to format them- click Yes or OK (I forgot exactly what it says).

Here is the ultimate easiest way to get songs into iTunes:

First, open LimeWire. Go to tools, then options. Go to the section on the left that says "Player". Uncheck the box that says "Use Limewire Media Player" and hit OK. You will only have to do this step the first time.

Now whenever you double-click on a song in LimeWire it will open up iTunes to play the file and put it into your library in the process. This can get tedious as you need to play every song AFTER it finishes downloading to get it into iTunes.

OK then you open lime wire and go to your library, then you click on the song you want and go below directly below your library and click eneque ( i don't know how to spell it) and it will add it to the big blank spot below your library then do that for all the songs you want to add to itunes. Go below the list you just made and click Save As and save it under an easy name to remember. Next, open itunes and go to File (upper left corner) and click on Add File To Library and find the file you just saved (mine saved from lime wire into Program Files : Lime wire..i don't know where yours will save) then click on the file you saved and add to library. After that it should be in your library and recently added sections.
