i think the woman would feel safer with a condom, a dental dam and a shower.. threesomes are not based on any sort of affection or respect so the risk of picking up or transmitting disease is often the last thing on the mind of the person invited to join

If I did it I would say another man. I would be careful with this because you may think it will be cool but later when you start thinking about things that he did to her you may not like the jealousy that you would feel.
