If he still looked like an ordinary black man, would he be as famous as now? I mean around the world, not just in US.

Actually I don't mean now. I mean in his prime time when he made all these video. If he looked black, would he be so popular around the world?

Even if he hadn't had plastic surgery he would still be light skinned because that is caused by the genetic skin disease Vitiligo! I think he would still be just as popular if gold diggers hadn't falsely accused him of molestation just to make a quick buck!!

This is to everyone that answered this b/c i am tired of people saying Michael molested children. No one really knows if he did it or not, we were not there. And judging from the trial that he was found "NOT GUILTY" he didn't happen. We need to focus on the talent that this man has, not things in his personal life. The reason he had plastic surgery so much comes from when his father and brothers teased him about his appearance and then growing up in the public eye. None of us have gone through adolence in front of the entire world....so before we can judge someone we need to be in his shoes. Only the lord can judge him and lets just leave it at that.

Now, see, I wasn't aware that Michael Jackson was all that popular... Infamous, maybe, but that has more to do with his sexual exploitations than his appearance. He gained fame as a black kid before plastic surgery, so I guess that answer is yes. But he maintained fame because of his disturbing personality and his past fame... Not because anyone particularly likes him or finds him attractive or anything... Yuck.

Michael Jackson's plastic surgery and numerous run-ins with the legal system cannot detract from his talent and he would certainly be as famous ... if not more so, and without all the negative connotations associated with his general wierdness.

It doesn't matter what color pedophiles come in. They're all sick perverts who ruin the lives of children. He didn't rise to fame on his own. He was a cute little black kid as part of the Jackson Five. He grew up and had fame, money and fans. He brought about his own destruction when he turned his Neverland Ranch into his own little kiddie nightmare hell.

Depends on if he had made more albums. He could have been if he just stayed in the spot light for positive stuff. U know like not hanging his baby out the window.

I think he'd be more popular for his art rather than for looking like a side show freak

Thats tough to say, if he still carried out abnormal conduct and relationships with children, I think that he would be in the same boat.

Take Care.

He'd still be famous because his music doesn't have any color. But the fact that he would still like young boys would still make him a pedifile.
