Rent a storage unit and put everything in your house in the unit while the kids are at school.
When they come home, they will have lots of room to wrestle and won't break anything.
While it sounds stupid, there is some method to the madness and you really don't have to get to those extremes. The kids have spent the entire day inside and have stored up a lot of energy. They need to expend it. Currently they are expending it in you house at your expense. When they get home from school, if it's light out side, send them out until dark, have supper, do homework, send them to bed. If your hours of daylight are limited, weather is extreme, or neighborhood is unsuited, an organized sport or activity may be needed. However remember that when they get through with that, they will still be hyper and need to calm down for a bit (dinner time works well for this).
I would also suggest that the boys be responsible for cleaning the house. Instead of YOU cleaning the house, have them do it for you while you are away, when you come home they have either made a mess that they cleaned up.... or decided to for go the mess altogether.

Try some DISCIPLINE! Start by grounding them. Then go to their rooms, and proceed to take every luxury item that they own--toys, electronics, etc., and pack it up. Let them know that because you now need to replace the things of yours that they broke, you are going to sell their things to start to pay for it. Then DO IT. I know you won't get enough money right off the bat, but it'll be a start. Next, you need to let them know that they still owe you money, and so now they need to get a job, or if they have one, they need to start giving at least 3/4 of their paycheck to you until the broken items are paid for. If they're under 16, they can still do things like mow lawns, shovel snow, deliver papers, etc. to earn money. Hold them truly responsible for their actions, and then maybe you won't have this problem in the future.

WEll thats easy. Enroll them in sports and get them out of the house. Their boys they most likley would love sports that takes lots of the extra energy that they have.

How about grounding them? Everytime you come home to a disaster area they get nothing, no going out, no tv no computer, phone, nothing until it's clean.

You need to try this course. http://bambiberg.rehuxley.hop.clickbank.net Follow it for a full month, and it will change your life. That energy they have is important, and if you help channel it to good use, there is no limit to what they can accomplish.
