The best thing i think is to stretch you penis 15 mins a day for some months. Once i saw a movie where in a guy attached some weights to his penis to make it biggerI. think it will work.

not perminantly. It gets larger when erect, though. Many places on the net try to sell pills and pumps and exorcizes, but they're all scams. None work, or if they do, they do so very little (milimeters). You don't need to have a bigger penis, though, there are the same number of nerves in a smaller one and you can pleasure your partner just as well.
