just like solar heat solar colours can be utilised for various commercial use which will not be harmfull to atmosphere and health?

When light energy is absorbed it can turn to heat, trigger a chemical process or cause other changes. If you are implying that we can somehow "extract" a color from light, I'm afraid it can't be done.Light has no inherent color. Color is only a result of our eyes interacting with various wavelengths of light. Once the light is absorbed, all information about the photon that was absorbed is lost.

Yes. It's called a prism. A diffraction grating would work too. Neither of those uses any energy (aside from the light itself) for their functioning.

I don't know what industrial uses there are for coloured light that would require it to come from the Sun, however.
