Go see a doctor today. A simple antibiotic will help you and I am sure you doctor will be supportive. Don't wait because at this point it is a very simple thing that a lot of women have at one time or another. Probably something that an ointment and/or antibiotic can help within 10 days. Good Luck to you and be well.
I definitely agree with Kimison and the person above her. It is nothing fatal but just get it taken care of.

It could be a urinary tract infection, but with the discharge, there
are a number of other things it could be as well. Regardless,
you should see a doctor. You don't want to let a UTI go untreated
since it can progress to a kidney infection and that REALLY hurts.

Sounds like you may simply have a urinary tract infection, but get thee to a doctor to test you positive/negative for it and rule out other problems because that could also (worst case scenario probably isn't) be an STD. The doc'll tell ya, don't worry, with meds it will clear up fast.

I would suggest that you go and speak to your doctor.
It does however sound like you could have a simple UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) If this is the case you sneed to get a prescription from your doctor for medicine to treat it. Many women suffer from this, but it does need to be looked after.

speak urgently to your doctor. it can be an Urinary Tract Infection but can also be some kind of STD and the burning sensation is because you got irritated from it. Go to a doctor ASAP.

It could be either lichen sclerosis or lichen sclerodermaScleroderma - resources Scleroderma. You need to have a dermatologist check you out. It is treatable, but will get worse without any treatment.
