Well here is the only trick I know of to gain height, being a Homeopath myself it works for teeagers who are within their griowing years : -
1.BACILLINUM 200
2.BARYTA CARB 200
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results. Keeep me posted about your progress if you decide to take the Homeopathic Treatment.
Take Care and God Bless you !

Increasing the Height

You did not say how old you are. But you are under 18 years of age.
In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.
You said you have been Cycling. That is a good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.
Swimming.
Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.
Stretching exercises on floor.
Find them on line.
Chin ups.
Full stretch type.
Swinging from a rope.
Full stretch climbing.
In other words do things that require stanching.
STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETCH-STRETCH
PS
In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.
Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".
Issue of Genes:
You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.
I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.
Again Swimming:
You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.
The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

That's a very complicated matter, though i'll try to share my inputs.
1>> EXERCISES> Do a lot of stretching everyday to strain your muscles a bit. Muscular growth follows after physical exertion because the body needs to repair worn-out tissues. Hopefully, stretching would promote linear growth. You might want to try Pilates, as it has been suggested that it promotes growth
2>> DIET> You need a well-balanced diet will all necessary nutrients, vitamins and minerals in the right proportions. needless to say, the body needs nutrients to support bodily growth--particularly high-grade proteins.
3>> MEDICATIONS / VITAMINS>
3.1 Eastern medicine suggests you try Ginseng, the green variant. you can ask for this in Chinese drug stores. Apocryphal sources say that you try medications with Chlorella.
3.2 Western medicine, on the other hand, would offer you regular injections of Human Growth Hormone (Humatroupe), though this will need very strict evaluation by an endocrinologist because of numerous potential side-effects.
Endocrinologists would not allow Humatroupe therapy unless you are really constitutionally short (that is, shorter than the height of your parents (whoever is shorter). for example, if your mom is 5'5 and your dad is 6", your height will be questionable if you're less than 5"5).
4>> SLEEP WELL and MANAGE YOUR STRESS> The body needs to repair the body, which is usually accomplished if you're well relaxed and you sleep well. Around 6-8 hours a night would be a-ok. likewise, Growth hormone is released during sleep, so if you mess up with your body clock, you might as well accept your current height. Stress, on the other hand, can also stunt growth.
Good luck!
