Can i call my crush 'oppa'??

i hav a crush, & i know dat watever i do, he won't like me da way i liked him,.. can i call him 'oppa',?? i heard dis word when i'm watching 'Stairway to Heaven' in youtube and i heard the young yoori calling his brother 'oppa', & some say dat dis word means brother & it is commonly used by da gurlz... can i??

Call him whatever you want...how he reacts will tell you if HE likes it or not.

It means grandfather in the Dutch community.
I'd find another word......
