On the surface it appears a silly question BUT...I had to stop and ponder this one...so I like it!
I do not think so - soon. We are still a nation that feels uncomfortable with disability, although we are making strides against that.
I know when a midget is on a TV show my family squirms a little and wonders how an adult can function being the size of a child (who has help from parents to do things). It is not that we do not like midgets or disabilities - I am giving your my honest thoughts and not being politically correct!

Yes, I feel we could have a midget as President someday in the US. But I think they are too smart to run for any political office.
