why does an error message pop up.....?

whenever i get off of internet explorer an error message pops up after the window goes away saying that what i was working on might not have been saved, and do i want to report it to microsoft.... send or dont send! has anyone seen this before, and why does it happen??

I have seen it occasionally and what it normally means is that for some reason when you closed IE, whatever you were doing last hadn't completely finished. But if you are getting it all of the time then you need to look for any spy ware, virus, or anything else that is not normal. You may have a corrupted file in IE and need to uninstall it and then reinstall it.
