When I get stressed or frustrated or even depressed, I do all sorts of things to pull me out of it. I've found that what works best is physical activity. I do some yoga or pilates, go for a relaxing walk to the beach or if its bad, a hard run. The punching bag is always a good release as well.

When those things aren't available or its icky outside, I let out my emotions in writing or sing...slapping at my guitar. Both writing and singing are very theraputic because its just for you. There's no fear of repercussions or of being judged. No one ever has to see it so you can let out every truth and every feeling without censorship.

And of course my furry friends help too. They always listen, never judge or get upset. They're always soft and huggable and they always love you no matter what. (my 2 cats and big ol dog)

That's easy. But needs good emotional quotient intelligence.
I didnt manage it, I forget it. Frustration make people pissed off.
Just forget it, sing a song, or read books, do mathematic,haha.. Or watch TV. Looking to the stars, it will help you.

Music is good. Meditation can work. Screaming, yelling, freaking out, not so good as they usually have repurcussions, but they happen. Deep breathing. Depends on the situation.

YEAH SOMETIMES WE DO GET A BIT TO FRUSTED !!!
THE BEST WAY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM IS
SWITCH OF THE LIGHTS LIE DOWN ON THE BED AND LICEN TO SONGS SHAKIRA , MADDONA OR MAYBE VENGABOYZ !!!
YOGA ALSO HELP IN TRESS MANAGEMENT .
AND YEAH MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!
