First off I would just like to say, how could you say you only wanted twins and you don't know what you want to do with the triplets? Second off, from experience of my family, my step-mother only wanted twins too but once she figured out she was having triplets she was shocked, but she was still ecstatic! Then when I found out i was going to have 3 little brothers I wasn't happy at all but once I saw them I was happy to be there big sister! So my suggestion is to just stick through it because once you see them and hold them its going to be hard not to love them.

Well, from someone going on 14 years trying to have just one baby, I am a little disgusted by this. Especially the part about "selective reduction" WTH? I think that you should give all three up for adoption and never try again. How in this world anyone could just say, "Oh heck I only wanted 2, what can I do with the 3rd?" That is unbelievable, and you are truly not Mom material!!!

Suck it up. You cant separate one triplet from the other two it would devistate them and as far as I know you cant abort one and not the others. If your already willing to have 2 you really should keep the other ones it would be a blessing all 3 of them would have for the rest of their lives

Have them. And if you must, put one up for adoption. Although I'm betting you'll find it hard to choose which one to part with. Get used to the triplets idea!

Sweetie, I understand that you want twins and pregnant with triplets. What can you do? You can pray and ask God to give you the strength to handle the blessing that he has given you. I am a firm believer that God wouldn't put more on you than you can handle. God has given you this blessing for a reason. There is something special in store for your three children. Just pray sweetheart, and if you need someone to talk to I am here. I will pray for you and ask God to give you the strength to handle this blessing, because that is what it is a blessing.

If you really only want two, give one up for adoption. There are many people in the world (myself included) who would give anything to have a baby.
Since there is no reason for you to have a selective reduction (abortion, in other words), have the 3 and give one up. Then you will have your twins.

theres not much you can do. pregnancy is by chance. youre given what youve got for a reason. sorry its not what you wanted but its what youre going to get. who knows, you may love it when you give birth and have one extra to love. i wanted a boy but im gettin a girl and i am ecstatic! more than anything, just hope for a healthy pregnancy and three perfectly healthy babies when they are born. congrats and good luck!
