Baby, I feel for you! I am at 11 weeks and I have been praying for it to get better, and it's still here - I threw up twice last night. Feel sick right now. AND I take Zofran every day. I have found that Phenergan was better, but I work full-time and I couldn't handle the side-effects (sleepiness). GIN-GIN ginger hard candies worked alright, but nothing makes it go away. Just time.

There is no way to cure it truly. You can eat crackers or suck a piece of candy, which lessens the morning sickness. The only way you're going to be able to "get rid of it" is if you go to a doctor, he sees you're not getting enough food, and gives you a prescription for an antipurgent. But even if he does that, it's best to not take too much medicine when you're pregnant. I know it's hard because sometimes I used to vomit so powerfully that the whites of my eyes would have capillaries burst. Try to think of it as the hormone in your body is making sure you have a healthy pregnancy. It does lessen in the second trimester to the point the morning sickness becomes a distant memory. Best wishes and I hope you have a wonderfully healthy pregnancy!

Well, you want to make sure that you eat up to 5-6 light meals a day. Avoid food that is heavy in spices and saturated fat. This seems to make morning sickness worse. Also make sure to drink lots of water. Then when you wake up in the morning, have some saltine crackers on hand. For some reason saltines seem to curb the nausea. Congrats on the baby. They are God's way of saying that the world must continue. God bless and hope u feel better soon. If your morning sickness seems to be a bother, try Emetrol. Be sure to talk to your doctor first. You may need a prescription.

Salted crackers can help you a little. Don't eat greasy foods. I had 3 months of horrible sickness with my 1st child. I even lost 10 pounds during my pregnancy. Try to eat icecream and jellos. It will go away after your 3rd month of pregnancy.

Morning sickness can happen anytime. My worst was in the evening after dinner in the beginning. Then it just became throughout the day...especially when my tummy was empty. I stayed mainly on bland foods, anything rich or too flavorful made me gag. Constantly nibbled on baby carrots, graham crackers(as saltines made me gag...too dry) plenty of water and/or ginger ale. Key for me was to never let my tummy get empty.

When you first wake up, before you even MOVE... reach over and munch on something like a peice of candy/cough drop or crackers...
As odd as it sounds, the reason you are vomiting is because you're body is telling you something...

How about some crackers. Also try eating smaller meals. Sprite and ginger ale might help as well. I hope it gets better.
