My take on it is this. Your penis is like a muscle.the old "use it or lose it" analogy holds true.The more sex you have ,the longer you will stay without ejaculating.
The more sex you have with 1 partner,in my experience the better and longer you will last each time.
There are drugs and medications that prolong your sex sessions but there are side affects and most affect your heart which could be dangerous.
