no ,but my mother-in-law-to-be is a very nice person, not the nasty kind at all...I can see that you have every reason to love your in-law more than your mom. However,it does not mean that you dont love your mother at all, does it? You just have warmer feelings for your wife's mother as she is a very loving person towards you and your family.
There is nothing wrong with you. Everything is okay!

I see different things in the two of them.

My mother-in-law is a true Southern lady. She can put you down without you realizing it until you have had time to think about what she said. On the other hand she is loving, gives freely and is not afraid to show love.

My mother on the other hand is tough, stern and does not show affection well. She shows her love in a completely different way.

While I love them both nothing can take away the fact that one is my mother and the other is, well, my mother-in-law.

I've written to much and gone a bit crazy. Just don't think about it too much like that, just find what you love about people and draw that out of them by being it yourself. Maybe you could ask your wife how you could help your mum feel better about herself and work with her on this together and maybe your other lovely mother in law altogether now. Don't give up on her. Merry Christmas!

No
She is not yet my mother in law(she probably never will be

but she is some bad lady. She hates the sight of me , Naturally.
My GF's momma.

She is my Mom's friend and she sometimes disagrees that I am a good person, when my girlf and her sisters talk about me, especially when Iam around.
My GF laughs about it when I tell her that it doesn't bother me and she knows that it does and I Always wanna hide around her mom.

I am much more like my mother in law in personality than I am my own mother. Of course I LOOK more like my mother than my mother in law.

I wouldn't say i love her more, but certainly as much, and there is a lot of respect there for one another.

I got along with all my in-laws great, when I was married...but no, I didn't love any of them more than my own mother...however that may occur more for males than females.

I love both my parents it is a special love that children feel for their parents, nobody could take that away. My ex mum-in-law is still great, we have always been friends and shall continue to do so, our love is a love of friendship and respect.

Loving her mother is not bad. But in her younger days your mother also might have her own serious problems. That doesn't mean that you were not loved and liked by her it is a question of expression.
