Santo Domingo is the capital of the Dominican Republic and the oldest European city in the Americas and if you would like to see one of many UNESCO World Heritage List then, that hotelbye may be the place. Santo Domingo is a collection of cultures and neighborhoods. It's where in fact the looks of life, domino pieces slapped on tables, backfiring mufflers and horns from crazy traffic. In one's heart of the city is the Zona Colonial, wherever you will find one of many oldest churches and the oldest remaining European. Also, in the Zona Colonial you will discover Gazcue, among the city's oldest neighborhoods, full of previous Victorian houses and tree-lined streets.

well, Santiago is like the 2nd capital of DR, where you can find the best restaurants and dining places after Santo Domingo, so, if you are in puerto plata, go to Santiago that is not soooo far, and get reviews on the many restaurants they have there.
