I plan on giving a speech to little impressionable children today, which shold I tell them, half As$ or Full As$ jobs or better? When it comes to doing homework, cleaning there rooms, washing the dishes, chores that stuff.

By the way which do you do?

FA=Not doing, or doing it so bad, it's no good.

Full. I hate doing a half @ss job on anything! It drives me crazy!

Just teach them the three basic principles of life:

1: Never be afraid to say: "it was like that when I got here"

2: Always ask your boss complicated sounding question in front of other coworkers to make yourself look better than the rest.

3: If in doubt, blame the foreign guy

As a Professional (HA HA I love that description) Engineer we have a code of profession conduct to adhere to. We always do quality work. Never unemployed. Never happen. Its by design not luck. Make your own luck.

But please don't say that to the kids.
It reminds me of a tactless "officer friendly" I invited to talk to the kids. He proceeded to bring up his close to death encounters when he stared down gun barrells, etc. Don't traumatize the kids!!
