Spencer Gift Stores has a wide variety of comedian paper. You can call a local comedy club and also ask them for the heads up. I also thought I saw some at Walmart or Target the other day. Good Luck!!

There are Three Stooges stores - I know there's one at the Glendale Galleria in California - so you might check with them or through their website. The store is called "Knuckleheads." Here is some info:
