Any foreign resident currently inside G.C.C applying for Student Visa to canada?

I have been accepted to the MBA program at McMaster Univ. I have been working from Oman for the past 1.5 years. Any foreign residents inside the G.C.C / MiddleEast area applying for a Canadian Study permit for fall 2007?
