Your passwords are stored in cookies, the temporary internet files are the pics, sounds etc downloaded while viewing a web site.

A good program for clearing up your temp internet files is clean cache from http://buttuglysoftware.com you can set what files it cleans, etc.

Go to tools on ur tool bar and bring down the menue, click on internet options. window will pop up and then click box that says delete files another box will come up and click the delete all off line content. You will not lose any passwords. you can also erase your history in the same place

Deleting temp files is easy, don't need a special program!!! if you use IE just go to tools, internet options, and you can either delete the files from there, or click "settings" to view them.

For cleaning the registry, then you need something more.

Yeah, you can erase them. Just download this free software, and run its 'Cleaner' section once daily before shutting down. The default settings in CCleaner won't erase your passwords.

CCleaner : http://www.ccleaner.com/

You can also use its "issues" section to get rid of obsolete registries. Pretty useful.

you could properly be messing, yet right here that's while your internet Explorer is open, click on techniques -> internet techniques. interior the final tab, click on "delete cookies" and "delete data" Lo! you're executed! :D
