will it remove or lessen the thoughts of sex to that man

I had one removed at birth due to complications. 13 years ago when trying to have kids, I had a fertility test done. My count was a little low and the mobility was very low. Doctor put me on a fertility drug and in 3 months the count almost doubled but the mobility stayed low. I ended up having 2 healthy children, the first one while taking the fertility drug and the second without them. I have a friend who had one removed due to testicular cancer and went on to have 3 healthy boys.

As far as the appearance, I've never had anyone freaked out or anything. Most women have not even notice. Those whom with I was in a relationship with were not bothered. It depends on your own security and sex life.

I do not believe that removal of the testicles is done to a human being unless they have had cancer in the area. I hope you are asking this question for serious responses. Good Lord help you if you think it is a joke.
