I use the internet mostly at my workplace (after hours of course;), so I don't need premium service at home. I see that a ISP's such as Juno and netzero offer access at low rates.

there is a dial up given free by the goverment, you have to send in your tax forms( Wd's) and they decide if your eligible, if you are the dial up isnt the fastest thing in the world, it goes about 24000-32000 kpbs
