The thing I would miss most if you took it away right now is my computer but the most useful would really be my car. Karl Benz from Germany invented the first true car but Leonardo da Vinci was creating designs and models for transport vehicles in the 15th century. Imagine a world with no cars...I use it every day.

This computer I work on & the internet for my research. These are the tools I use to make a living, so I would have to say that this is probably pretty important to me. Who invented it? Beats me, but I want to thank them.

Television, which was invented in 1939 by Philo Farnsworth. It helps me stay connected with the world, whether I'm watching CNN (I'm a news junky) or the History Channel.
