I'm looking for a battery for a Ford F 250 V8 5.0 liter.

Most definitely an Optima Battery. The Optima batteries handle vibrations & higher underhood termperatures better than any conventional battery and will last much longer. Get the Optima Red top battery. If you have extreme uses where the battery is getting deep cycled on a regular basis with winches, extra lights, etc, get the yellowtop.
