You always want to make eye contact, when your talking is first thing. You need to come off confident but not over confident. When they ask you to tell them about yourself...That's what you do. They are looking for certain characteristics about you to see if you are going to fit with their company. Tell them 3 strong points as well as 3 weak points. Companies always like to hear that. It shows you have room to grow. Are you self-motivated? Are you a team player? Do you work well with others? If a tough situation came up with a small deadline how would you respond? These are just some of the questions that they might ask or want you to talk about.
You want to tell them positive attributes about yourself. They are trying to get to know you and your personality within a small crunch of time.
They want you to be yourself, They know there's alot of tension but show them your personality and make it a point that you can show them you are the right person for the job you just need the opportunity to show them.
Always Be Honest....
Hope this helps....

I would stay clear of your personality traits because that would seem more like boasting. I usually go for the, Family Life, Hobbies, interests and goals for the future. Iv used that method at every job interview iv ever had. Iv never not landed it.

They want to know what kind of a person you are.
Are you a hard worker? Are you punctual, dependable,
reliable and a dedicated person? Would you be an asset
to the company if hired? Are you the kind of person who sticks with a task until completed? Can you make an
informed decision in minutes? Tell them what kind of
person you are.

I would say: "You know, is there any way you could be more specific. That's such a general question. I do want this job very much, and I'd like to know the kind of answers you're looking for..."
