Dude! try to be more clear in your question.
Anyway, from what i understood, there could be several reasons. Try not to be too pushy or as if you crave only for sex. For women, to be loved is more important than the act itself. So, tell your female partner you love her, praise her looks, her intellect, her body, her tastes, hobbies etc... probably he is not confident of her body...so try to find out the reason behind and work on that PATIENTLY...

ok,i understand your question..i thnk it is unfair for the guy to have a self title role on sex. she has to work too to. she's missing a lot if she doesn't..try watching a **** video with her before sex..

hehehehe , i didnt understand that , but yeah if u want to ask how to get her to have good sexual relationship . its all about communication , tell her what you feel about her body , tell her how much u love her , and do tell her how do you want it to be .
doesnt hurt , you shud always communicate with your partner. it will help
