In reality he was supposed to say one thing but he and the writers played a little trick on Sarah Clarke (Nina Myers). Kiefer whispered something along the lines of "Sarah leave Xander and marry me" so that the look on her face would be a genuine shock.

After the plane crashes and Jack finds Nina still strapped in her seat, he leans in to listen to her breathing and says "Come on. Come on!" before doing mouth to mouth.
