If your saying that some of the children born to inbred members of the same family, are they all going to be born O.K. and the answer is No vehemently No, don't even think it NO.
I can take you to a town in Northern Minn. that is one family, mainly up until 1945 then and, only then it started spreading but, some members still insisted on interbreeding, cousins (first cousins) and even sisters, and brothers. Entire families are mentally disabled six and seven children, are developmentally disabled. I bought my eggs from a family that had eight kids that were from one set of first cousins, it was like looking at an identical picture and none could write their names, some were in their thirties.
So with this said, No, same family members cannot, should not be married.

if you mean cousin marriage then i would say that it is not against in religion or the law. you can marry your first cousin. but there are negetive results.for example, if you have a disease in you, chances are that your cousin might have the same disease and when your children are born, that disease will be strong in them. thats whyin marriages where the parents are relatives, the children are usually defective.
now, if you are talking about marrying someone with in your own family, eg. your mom, sis, aunt, grandma, sister's children, brother's children, then this type of marriage is not allowed by law let alone religion. it is called INCEST.and there are federal laws against this type of law. so if you want to marry some cousin then it is fine but someone colser than that is a no=no.

no. I think that most people are not attracted to family members in that way even without knowing that they would have disabled children. There is a difference in loving someone and being in love with some one. A lot of people are attracted to people for who they are and how the look and not for what their children will look like.

No!! I think in a small minority of mentally unstable , unloved, emotionally immature people would marry within their family, but the majority of people would continue to seek outside their own gene pool for an appropriate partner. I believe that a small minority of people behaving badly will always seek to justify their behaviour, but ladies and gentleman- love is never an excuse to behave badly.

then incest would probably be legal and i think then, more marriages would be within the family.
there are some families i've seen where the male and female cousins have been in sexual relationships for at least 10 years and even have children.
i've heard friends say,'gosh that girl/boy lokks good/if .....wasn't my cousin...' so if there were no negative consequences, i think many people would.

I don't think marriages would start getting all out of whack and start "sticking together." But your question reminds me of several extremist groups who, I believe, would much rather inbreed and keep their cult-like sentiments pretty close-knit. Closer-knit with something like this, actually.
Interesting question.

Christmas is awful enough without your relatives also being your in-laws.
