I feel for you. I have the same problem. My boyfriend and I are best friends but I just don't know why women are so rejecting towards me. I guess it's the friends you (and I) just happened to pick. Over time, just keep asking questions and being friendly and hopefully you will find someone compatible. Since you have a husband, you know you're desirable as a friend. Just find other people like you who can APPRECIATE you (easier said than done, I know...)

honestly nowadays people are crazy, it seems like they don't want good decent people around them that care,, all they want is the kind of people that scram when things get tough, so it's not you i think you're surrounded by stupid people... CONGRATS ON YOUR WEDDING!!! Just be yourself, be kind and respectful and confident and you'll see you'll meet some new people, you might also want to try looking in a new social circle because sometimes is best to start anew somewhere else.
It's good thing they weren't at your wedding because in that special day you only want people who really care about you there not random people that barely know you too so it's a good thing they didn't show up because they would've probably just brought their negative energies with them.

The social skill you need isn't friendship maintenance, it's friend-picking.
Don't try so hard. I'd rather have one good friend who knows me thoroughly than ten who have passing knowledge of me.
Congratulations on your recent wedding! That tells me you have some social skills :) Take it easy on yourself, okay?

Sounds like the problem your having may be your "friends." They're just not very considerate. You can probably have great relationships with other people who know how to appreciate a good honest friend.

I don't like girls who backstabe other girls, it makes you think they'll do the same to you, once you've seen their 2 faces.
Also I have the same problem, ever since I got married Ive had trouble making friends, but I met this really cool girl and she dosnt call me at all, I just let it go.

Im sorry you know such nasty people.
its good that they didnt show to your wedding - you got to see their true self (and at least they didnt show up to criticise behind your back.)
People like that are toxic and are best kept at arms length.
There are genuine people out there and I'm sure there isnt anything wrong with you or your social skills.

Don't try so hard. Many poeple respond better to someone who is laid back and not trying to force themselves on them. Just keep in mind having friends is good, but they don't dictate your life.
