Logic is an intellectual activity. Nation Building is the result of decisive action which comes out of a single dedicated mind. Action may be logical or otherwise, the results will prove the decision right or wrong. Many Great Leaders who built their Countries were authoritarians, who never thought logically, but succeeded in their mission.

I wonder whether any course or curriculum for that matter does aid nation building or not. The education system merely tries to put a foundation ........ real learning takes place through life experiences ........ the only exception is books written by authors who have the ability to fairly closely recreate experiences through the power of words.

Logic as a tool to think.
Both of the main logic styles should be taught: classic, that of Aristotle and followers, 'til the XIII century as well as modern, that from Britain and the polish school.
