Ive seen someone type something and there be a horizontal line through it like it was crossed out. I know how to make text clickable, in italics, bold, and underlined. How do you get a line through the middle of a sentence

There is a very old html tag called text this is something that is very poorly supported and works on very few browsers. This is the only way I know how to do it.

Look for a section that shows changes when your boss edits a document and wants to show what he's done. Look for the word "strikethrough" I know Word has it, but I'm not so sure about Microsoft Works.

You will have to download a Word program which has all these features. I am not so sure if you can obtain a crossed out line with it but at least you can obtain the others.

It would be called 'strike-through' and serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever. You should find it in Font menu option under the Format menu, but this depends on your wp program.
