I was divorced in January 2006, I have paid the CSA, extorianate money since then about £400 per month for one child, she has the house, she pays no bills and since then has remarried, had a son and now is requesting another amount of money. She says this is because my daughter is 16 in March next year and she cannot live on the money the CSA give her.
Just for this post, I have not seen my daughter since then because she deny me my rights and stuck 2 fingers up to the court.

If you have a legal right to see the child/children, you can.

As for CSA you only need to support the child up untill 16 (unless still in FT education) As she can legally work at this age.

You need to go seek legal advice (it is free from advice shops)

this way everything will be explained to you.

good luck.

I do not live in the UK but l'm sure the law could not differ too much from ours ( Australia ) as far as child support goes. Once your daughter turns 16 unless she is still a full-time student, you no longer have to pay child support. It is then up to your Ex to support her any way she can. Perhaps she will have to get off her backside and get a job !! Not your problem though !! As far as sueing you for making her life hell, l think they would laugh her out of court !! She is remarried for god sake !! Let her new husband worry about her. She is his responsibility now. As long as you have done the right thing by your daughter and supported her, you have nothing more to worry about. If you are at all concerned, get some free legal advice but l am sure you will be fine. I wish you well and best of luck to you.

Let her try!! She has received her settlement, and re-married. She doesn't stand a chance of suing you for that! The fact that you don't see your daughter, who will soon be sixteen, means you should seek legal advice! If she is continuing in full time education then the story stays pretty much the same. £400 is an extremely fair contribution! Should your daughter be finishing school, perhaps you need to discuss paying the money directly to your daughter, so that she can benefit from your support! You do need to seek advice, and many legal companies do have legal aid! Goodluck!!

How are you making HER life hell???

She hasn't got a leg to stand on... You have every right to see your child(ren)... So she can't stop you, unless you have some problem that affects your seeing the child(ren)...

Stop paying the CSA and see what happens then, but put the money into a savings account (so that if they make you start repaying, you have it)...

haha that's the commonest of ex spouse thoughts. and that i comprehend because my dad and mom chop up, my mum went with a guy at the same time as nevertheless with my dad, my dad famous out, is going with a youthful female and now my mom is the most jealous individual on the earth. And why does she even care what my dad does? God is acquainted with, all i comprehend replaced into she wasn't wondering about him at the same time as she went on a vacation to vegas with this guy she cheated on my dad with. In all honesty with your question, i does no longer argue over petty issues, like your ex feeding your little ones junk nutrients, you youthful ones will comprehend who's searching for them and loving them. Arguing over such issues as that we in problem-free words choose them to run a million miles at the same time as you've 'yet another argument. each and every time it truly is you time with your little ones, purely be certain to have an excellent time, i wish faster or later you and your ex can come to words and function a sensible relationship for the sake of your little ones!

Because you pay so much towards your daughter i'm sure you'd have all rights to see her. contact a solicitor for advice.
tell you ex to get off her lazy **** and get a job if £400 per month dosen't pay enough for her to live on!
