this problem is fairly common. if you google this problem you will find instructions to fix, or you can ask microsoft for help. microsoft technicians are the best, and very willing to help.

You may have overloaded the JP rod bar. If this is so, press delete on Mk.1. You can then choose to delete unwanted material. This works for me. To avoid this happening, you can get a larger storage capacity FREE. Go to

You need to post more precise questions. By the way, I think it might be some virus. Scan your computer with your anti-virus, if you don't have one, get AVG from the following link and then scan:

Make sure that none of ANY other programs are frozen thus keeping it from shutting down

in my view some file of windows has been corrupt installed again

Probably because a program is running that hasn't been fully closed. ctrl-alt-del and close whatever applications are on.
