Is there a way to convert emails into a .doc file without actually copying&pasting the text?

Go to the bottom of the email and click save email as text document. save it in your document folder and then you can do with it as you please.

I know of no easier method than c&p in your word.
I can edit it as I please before saving as *.doc file.
