I agree with you about the 50% because in a relationship everything should be like that. I mean come on if he does have to give her that then he will lose i think atleast 500 million. I heard he was worth 1.3 billion. Maybe thats England pounds for I know. But I agree.

First of all, she does not deserve a penny. He's done all the hard work, gave her the opportunity to live like a queen, made all the money, etc. and what did she do? nothing.
And second, how is this question in any way related to "Books and Authors" ???

Not the £20m or something - that's a stupid amount of money. Surely maintenance for their daughter, a house and either a reasonable lump sum or monthly/yearly payment. If she helped him make any of his money she is entitled to more. If she did nothing other than marry him and have his child why should she be entitled to more? How much money does she need to live? That's all she needs!

I agree I don't feel it should include what he had before marrying her (I think his net value is 3.5b gbp or something which she shouldn't be a part of because most of it was investments and what not from his "beatles" days
I am curios how much does she think she needs with the media deals and everything she will be set for life without taking money from him.

50% of his income while they were married, up until the day she left. Although, if he gets taken for more it is his own fault for ignoring advice to get a pre- or post-nuptial agreement.

She should get the royalties for "When I'm 64," since they separated just before his 64th birthday. She can indorse the checks with "No" and her signature.
Of course, I'm an irony fan.

It depends on how many tears she sheds and how much hair she rips out in court.
