People always say they will just "google it" and such, why not "yahoo it" ya kno? Is google a better, faster, or more acurate search engine?

Google happens to have a design philosophy of simplicity. When you perform searches, the less time spent downloading image files and links and script, the better. It's streamlined, and that's why.

Not really. Google is just to the point more than all of the other information that Yahoo gives you when you search.

yahoo always has a lot of pop ups. Before ya even get to the page.

because yahoo has spam and collects info..google just gives you the result.

let's see.... you type google.com... and a nice little box invites you to search... it's easy and fast that's why the people use it.
