this model of nokia phone can be unlocked online thru various websites .Use a search engine and type free nokia 6610I UNLOCK and see what comes back.I unlocked an old one without any trouble

you can go to ur local market they will unlock it for less than a fiver

you should be able to click unlock, then ok. hope this helps...
