when certain race mix and both DNA do not mix well or cant be link together resulting instead of a more "beautiful" person but the opposite ?
p.s. I'm not being racist or anything but just an observation

i know most mixed kids are pretty good looking but how is it then that some turn out like (this is just an example )with half his/her face european and the other half indian and i literally mean half ?

The only genetic mismatch I can think of is if the parents create a child with a particular disease which was caused by a genetic mutation which required that specific genetic match between two people.
Being considered 'ugly' by most people does not actually make you ugly. There's always someone out there that will find you attractive.

There's no true answer to that; it's just a mystery that has to do with genetics.
