The signs have to be consistant. The council are soley responsible for this and if you win your case because of this fact I would contact your local newspaper as there will be many motorist caught out by this shoddy and NOT uncommon council error.
PIRANHA get a life and a highway code. Most bus/cycle lanes are now operating on a part time basis with times of operation on blue signs as you get close to the lane.

the only way you could attraction is that if the line markings and signage do not of course adjust to the line Code. The variety of wheels over the line is beside the point as a bus lane could be taken care of as you will possibly cope with a solid white line meaning which you will not pass it different than for the duration of the hours that is not in use. A bus lane could be began by using a diagonal taper interior the form of a dashed line approximately 30m long to grant drivers time to alter lane. The lane could be denoted by using a thick solid white line. The words ‘Bus Lane’ could be written on the beginning up of the lane and at at widespread periods (approximately each 300m) and/or on the graduation of each edge highway. Bus lanes could be totally signed throughout the time of their length. This contains: An advance sign to warn there's a bus lane forward and supply you time to alter lanes. this could be referred to 30m previous to the taper the place the fee cut back is 30mph and 45m ahead the place that's over 30mph. a demonstration on the beginning up of the lane (ie the graduation of the thick white line). Repeater signs and indicators at widespread periods (approximately each 300m) and after each edge highway. in case you experience which you have grounds for attraction, take clean pictures with you to tutor that the signs and indicators and markings contravene the line Code.

well i think that the council have to make it clear that they have changed the times on the bus lane. if they have done this then you have no case. you could point out that the signs are not clearly visible as by law they have to be. I think if you google it you will probably find help there.

SORRY
I can't answer this question, but this post is means of getting in contact over another question asked, re: venetian mask, sorry if you're no longer interested
I have a thin black mask with gold eyelashes and black 3/4 circle of thin black feathers, attaches with elastic (example of shape/size given in source). I know it's not full venetian intricate style, but if you're stuck I'm near King's Cross and will need it back by Sat 16th, no permanent changes to be made
Once again: SORRY for not being on topic

Just pay up and stop whingeing next time don't drive in a bus lane at anytime. buses are more important because they carry more people so are more environmentaly friendly per person than a car.

I suggest you look at this site - you should find what you need there (the CPS will deal with the case, if you decide to go to Court)
