Yes, eye color does change. Like someone mentioned before, babies are born either with blue eyes or dark brown eyes, depending on the inherited genes they will change from blue to green or hazel, to light brown.I've also seen the reverse, very dark brown eyes, almost black to a lighter brown....

It actually takes longer than 3 months or a year, usually by the time the child is 3, that will be his/her permanent eye color

Sometimes.

Most babies are born with blue eyes. If the baby is meant to have blue eyes, then no, they won't change. But if it's meant to have brown eyes for example, of course they will.

Yes. Babies have either very dark blue or very dark brown eyes at birth, but this is not necessarily an indication of their final eye colour.

Sometimes. All 3 of mine were born with blue eyes that changed to hazel. My granddaughter who is half mexican has kept the brown eyes she was born with.

Yes, all babies eyes are blue when born, unless something is wrong, or the odd case, very rare! ive been told they will change in 2-3 months. still not sure? have a look at a pregnancy website, just type in 'pregnancy' in google and go from there.
