He can't unless he declares maritial law around the time of the next election. This could only happen if there was another serious terrorist strike in the United States.

No Bush or Clinton should ever be allowed to serve any term. They have destroyed this country. After 20 years of being sold out by our leaders, we need someone who cares about America and it's legal citizens.
Oprah is a TV talk show hostess. We need a truly educated caring leader, who can turn this country around. Nothing against Oprah, she's good at what she does.

Jimmy Carter gave us a central authority double the size? ok, i will chew, the placement on earth does that come from? Your different criticisms of Carter are trite and superficial - the Panama Canal - now there may well be something we somewhat needed! You do comprehend that we leased the Canal and the hire grew to become into as quickly as up? And that we deliver ships with the help of skill of the canal every time we wish? And manipulated Iran to place the Ayatolla in energy? Are you nuts? We set up the Shah in fifty 3 and Carter had the capability to do *not something* and permit Iran rule Iran. George Bush grew to become into easily the worst president. For the commonplace time in our united states's actual historic previous, torture and kidnapping childrens was once a coverage of the USA. to not ingredient out all the countless constitutional unullments Bush did. that's a techniques worse than Wilson's Fed, which, by the way, introduced us into the 20 th century on par with something of the better international.

Fortunatly, George W. Bush cannot serve a third term. Even if he were allowed to run for a third, I SERIOUSLY doubt he would be reelected. He has not had a positive rating for most of his second term and too many other republicans want his job.
Also, for those who aren´t aware, FDR was elected to a 4th term as President, but died in the early days of it. So theoretically a President can run again after the 2 term limit, but it probably won´t happen any time soon.

Even if George Bush should be allowed to serve another term, it wont happen. George Bush Has already served one complete term and is currently in his second. So once this term is over Mr. Bush will have to resign. Because no president ever in history of the U.S. has ever served more then two terms, even during war. Roosevelt had became president due to terms.

He is not eligible to serve another term. There is a 2-term limit for presidents.
There are too many candidates running for president, and it is too early to tell who will be the best candidate for the office of President of the US at this time.

He should not have been allowed to serve the 1st term in office that the Courts gave him let alone serve another term after this. Replacements Russ Feingold comes to mind

no because the constitution states that the president can only serve 2 consecutive terms. franklin d. roosevelt served almost 4 terms back to back but he had it written into law that no president may serve more than two terms.roosevelt died in the second year of his fourth term.

Oh heavens no. Unfortunately, all Congress has to do is make changes to the 22nd Amendment and just like that, he could run again. But given the fact that the dems run Congress now (thank God), that is highly unprobable.

He can't serve another term. Two terms is the limit. If Giulliani runs for president in 2008 he has my vote.
