Is it maybe a self esteem issue?

Oh, she is not my friend by far and she has made it to where she never will be.

normally they just wants some attention and lacks security (wants to be part of the grp). they might feel lonely or mentally disturbed that's y they will react this way. either you can join them in the "play" or you could ask em to back off privately. try to not hurt their feelings, they might not take it well.

Sometimes those that listen to the drama showing an interest in the conversation with a nod of the head is considered to be a drama queen too.
I'm so done with listening to all these hens cackling continuously when they all together should take a look at themselves.
I don't have time for it and I don't participate in it. I tell 'em "I don't care and I don't want to hear it". Even have told people to stop the b ------ it causes unnecessary results in innocent peoples lives. You know if they do this to others, they will do this unto you!!!

Ignoring them will just encourage them. You need to stand up to them. Confront them and ask what their problem is. Occasionally those little drama queens need a good slap in the face too. I'm not endorsing it, but sometimes it's just what the doctor ordered. Doctor Trademarked, that is.

Ignoring them is the best policy. They are just attention-seeking and want the whole world to know what's going on with 'em, thinking they're princesses and on top of everyone else.
The more you try to handle them, the more pissed off you might get. So, do not even try!

Drama queens/kings are a result of rewards for attention seeking behaviour in childhood. To unlearn the behaviour you just need to ignore and not reward this attention seeking behaviour.

well sweetie its addicting to talk **** but the real reason people do talk **** and act like drama queens is because they dont have a life and they are jealous of the person they r talking **** about and they want what they have so cut them loose or put them in their place or dont **** with them anymore cause they will bring u down and u dont need that **** in your life

and personally i dont get along with girls becuz
they all seen to b drama queens
i dont think there is a way to handle girls like that
girls are stubborn
