Ok. I was a pothead back in the day and now Im trying to improve my communication skills but sometimes my mind blanks out in the middle of conversations. What should I do?

Well, avoid cooking with aluminum dishes and/or aluminum foil. Also, don't use deodorant that contains aluminum chloryl hydrate. Aluminum is considered a heavy metal when it goes to the brain & causes Alzheimer's.
Also, fish oil (Essential Fatty Acids) or Omega 3 and the herb ginko biloba are both useful at improving memory.

Just apologise for your "mind freeze" and continue on with the conversation from there...

The older you get, the more your gonna get them anyways... So, get prepared for it now!

And if you DO find something, let everyone know, will ya? I have it all the time!

I wish you well..
