Speed is equal to Distance divided by Time
Distance is equal to Speed multiplied by Time
and
Time is equal to Distance divided by Speed

Time can be divided into hours, minutes, seconds etc. Speed is fractioned by mph, kph, feet per second etc. I think this is what you are asking.

Hour: 60 min., 3600 sec,1000000 milisecs
Min:60 sec, 10000 milisecs
Second: 100 millisec
Jiffy: 1 sixth of a second

Distance = Rate x Time
Rate = Distance / Time
Time = Distance / Rate
