Cardio exercises – Do cardio exercises at 65-85% of your maximum heart rate to burn tons of calories

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I lost a pound a week by cutting calories (giving myself a maximum amount of calories I could have a day that I calculated online for my weight, height, and activity level) and doing cardio as often as possible, but at least 3 times a week. Apparently you can lose more weight faster if you become unhealthy but this was the healthy way to do it.

pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be

I think, reducing your weight fastly isn't good for your health. You have to go a consultant. Under control of a Phsician, you have to apply a diet program and do sports.
