They've had a heck of an offseason, that is for sure. I would say in 2007 the Cubs will definately rule Chicago.

The Cubbies have always ruled Chicago. Always. Whinny sux fans simply can't stand it, Makes them jealous. All you hear from whinny sux fans are "cubs suck". I think that is the only 2 words in their volcabuary. Before the whinny sux won the series in 2005, their average attendance per game was 10,000. That was ticket sales. Actual number of people at the game, more like 8,000. How much do The Cubs rule? Easy, thier fans are more loyal and dedicated. PLus they know how to say more than 2 words!
Let's talk a walk down history lane, shall we?
Before 2005 and after each team last won a world series (Cubs 1908, whinny sux 1917) The Cubs have been in 7 world series (1910, 1918, 1929, 1932, 1935, 1938, and 1945). How many have the whinny sux been in? 2 (1919 & 1959).
Now that The Cubs have gotten serious about winning this year, you can hear whinny sux fans crying loud across Lake Michigan!
the whinny sux are running scared this year. You can tell by all the crying they are doing.
You would think that by winning a world series a few years ago, they would enjoy it. Instead, they are being sore winners, by crying even more about The Cubs.
There is no crying in baseball, but I think someone forgot to mention that to whinny sux fans.

It just kills the Cub fans that the White Sox beat them to a World Series. I bet they couldn't find a place to hide when the Sox had the ticker tape parade. Whinny Sox fans? Paleeeeez!!!
At least the Cubs had a fall guy when they blew the playoff game
a couple of years ago. Poor Mr Bartman was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Death threats? Couldn't go to work. But at least they had him to blame so they didn't have to blame any of the Precious Cub players.
I'm surprised they haven't put a Cub resort in Disney World. It would make a great fantasy park.
GO SOX!!!!!!!

The Cubs can spend all the money they want on players but they still won't make the postseason next year. I'm a White Sox fan born and raise on the southside of Chicago. Cubs Suck.

Cmon dude. cubs are the worst organization in sports history! Were not just talking baseball. anyways, im tired of cubs fans saying this is our year. Ive heard that once, or twice, or 98 FREAKING TIMES ALREADY! a rotation with jason marquis and ted lilly and rich hill as a 2, 3, and 4 starters is not going to cut it. I hope hendry saved some money for BIg Z's free agency next year or yall are screwed! Go Cards! More world series' in the last couple months than the cubs have had in almost a century! WOOT!

Go Cubs. All we need is a few bench guys and we would have one helluva off-season. It's about time the organization forks over some cash and gives the fans what they deserve.
