Earlier today or last night, I ate some of those gummy sharks, and I drank a Nestea, after I had eaten I felt really bad, so I pulled over at an elementary school ( Sunday night, it was closed..I guess.. ) and I got out and started forcing myself to regurgitate, for some reason I've never felt comfortable doing this at home. After all that I still felt really fat.

I have two answers to that.
First, I am fat and never have the urge to do that.
When you are compelled to eat things that don't mixed well, and it happens often it is called binge eating...
On the other hand, forcing yourself to regurgitate often and hiding yourself for shame can lead you to anorexia.
In fact, it is...
I am blunt because I have work with people having the 2 conditions and it is extremely dangerous.
Maybe you are not even fat...
I am and don't have a problem being so ...

When anyone eats they normally feel full, which is a normal feeling, however if one eats in moderates portions one can avoid the full feeling. Most people don't feel "fat" after eating, they feel just plain full and they don't force themselves to throw up either. If you are worried about something, you would be wise to discuss it with your parents foremost. Don't let the trends of life like beautiful models and men's ideal for beautiful women influence you negatively-it is the beauty within you and the beauty of the mind that shines and reaches people-something that is always there.
