What is the method to prepare oat meal face pack / scrub ?

10 almonds.
Two teaspoons of oatmeal.
Four tablespoons of full cream milk.
Two teaspoons of china clay.
Juice of half lemon.
One mashed avocado.
Make a pack with a mixture of 10 almonds, two spoons oatmeal, four tablespoons of full cream milk, two spoons china clay, juice of half a lemon, and one mashed avocado. Apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Dampen cotton wool with cold milk and wipe it off. Splash your face with cold water and apply a light moisturizer.

Benefits of this pack - This pack will help to maintain the balance of your skin. Oatmeal is very good since it acts like an exfoliater.

Although all the ingredients in these beauty recipes are natural, remember that it is still possible to be allergic to anything applied to the skin. DO NOT USE ANYTHING NUT BASED ON YOUR SKIN IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY. To test other ingredients make up a very small amount of the recipe you intend to use. Take three teaspoons of oatmeal and mix it with two teaspoons of honey, two teaspoons of milk and add a few drops of rose water and a few drops of lemon in it. Apply it before a bath. Rinse off with luke warm water. Dont wipe but pat ur face dry after you are done. You will notice that your face will glow and be more taut and there will be a softness you did not experience before.Use the pack whenever you can spare the time.

You dont have to prepare them these days there are so many on the market that are reasonable priced and exremely good. Have a look on the net for Avon products, you can buy them online. All the directions will be on there too. But if I was using them, I would use one about twice a week

All purpose Oatmeal Scrub(enough for 1 thick application)
2tbs oatmeal
1tbs almond oil
Combine ingredients, apply on your face and rub with a very light action using your fingertips, then rinse off.
Also suitable for all-over body use.

Pour one serving of oats in a bowl.Add sugar or salt according to your taste.Add any flavour or garnishing of your choice.Top up with one glass of hot milk.This is suitable for 35 gems of oatmeal.Boil for 3 minutes with medium heat.Stir occasionally.YOU ARE DONE!THERE IS YOUR OATMEAL!!
